PETJIVA · WAITLIST
Privacy, in plain language.
This notice describes the information used by the PetJiva waitlist and referral profile.
What you provide
Your name and either your email address, phone number, or Google account identity are used to create and secure your waitlist profile. Google sign-in is handled by Clerk; email/password and phone verification are handled by Supabase Auth. Your dog’s name and city are optional. If you join through an invite, the inviter’s referral code is recorded. Referral counts are credited after the sign-in provider confirms your account.
Where it is stored
Waitlist profile and referral data are stored in PetJiva’s Supabase project. Google account authentication is handled by Clerk; email/password and phone credentials are handled by Supabase Authentication. PetJiva’s profile table does not store passwords. Each signed-in person can access only their own profile. The referral dashboard shows aggregate counts, not invitees’ names or email addresses.
Supabase sends account-verification and password-recovery messages for email accounts; phone signup also requires a one-time SMS. Clerk handles the Google sign-in flow. Permission to receive optional PetJiva launch updates by email is requested separately and is off unless you choose it. You can change this choice in your profile when you have an email address on the account. This website does not yet send marketing campaigns.
Your choices
You can choose whether to receive optional launch updates and can sign out of your profile. A self-service account and data deletion control is not yet available.
